Good-morning! This diversion from my morning’s agenda needs to be clarified a little before I can move forward with my day! Also keep in mind that nothing has been set in stone yet!
Here is my understanding as reported, in a nutshell; ABOUT #CubaTravel moving forward:–> ” #TRAVEL to #CUBA is STILL LEGAL. Anyone who purchased a flight, reserved a room or completed any “travel-related transaction” before Friday will be UNAFFECTED by the changes, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Traveling to Cuba IN THE FUTURE will still be allowed for the same 12 authorized categories, with one exception: educational travel MUST BE WITH A GROUP, which must include AN AGENT who makes sure everyone follows the itinerary. That can be a GUIDE from a #TRAVELAGENCY.” -via- Tampa Bay Times
Happy Friday! One of my hopes to-do on this Friday is to continue encouraging parents to make sure that you plan to travel with your kids too if you can! On this Flashback Friday I am remembering Florida family vacations. Orlando has so much to offer a family to experience and enjoy together. So much has changed and evolved there since my last visit so I know that I’ll need to get back to see all the new expansions soon.
It’s not too late to book your 2017 family getaway if you haven’t done so already! It’s also not too early to begin planning for your 2018 vacation either!
Disney World 1986; Orlando, Florida! Those little girls are 35 years old now!
I was a newbie Travel Agent back in 1986! This was my 2nd trip to Disney World when I took my oldest daughter and my niece to visit the Mickey Mouse neighborhood, 30 years ago!
My niece and oldest daughter (now 35 yrs old) met Minnie Mouse 30 years ago at Disney World Orlando!
We traveled from Disney World in Orlando to visit Busch Gardens in Tampa on the same vacation in 1986.
2005, my 3rd trip to Disney World taking my two youngest kids who are now 18 and 20 years old.
We made sure to include a visit to SeaWorld on our family vacation in 2005.
We realize that many families can’t or are just not that interested in traveling out-of the country with their children. TLC Travels’ Tours and Cruises is commited to including affordable domestic-travel vacation options for families to enjoy too.

Unfortunately, here we have, yet another real life example and reason to establish a working relationship with a living, breathing Professional Travel Agent that you can trust and rely on to be there for you,… before, during and after your trip. If you cannot add a First/Last name to your ICE-(In Case of Emergency) contacts list, after performing a basic vetting on Google, you may want to rethink booking that trip online. #Plan2Travel #UseATravelAgent when you #Travel
